7. Fees and Payments

Fees for services will be specified in a separate agreement, proposal, invoice, or contract.

Unless otherwise agreed:

Payments are due according to invoice terms.
Late payments may result in service suspension.
All fees are non-refundable once services have commenced.
Advertising spend paid directly to advertising platforms is separate from management fees.

Clients remain responsible for all advertising costs incurred through their accounts.
